Case Management Worker

Wirral Ark is a homeless charity based in Birkenhead. We work from a number of sites, principally Mary Cole House, close to Hamilton Square. We offer a range of short- to mid-term accommodation options for homeless people, and offer intensive support services to maximise the opportunities open to the people that stay with us.

This is a new post at Wirral Ark and would benefit from an experienced professional who has a proven track record working with clients who present with multiple and complex needs and can understand the issues homeless individuals face, offering a creative but assertive approach in order to seek re-engagement rather than taking the route of punitive action that may lead to disengagement and eviction.

Working in our newly refurbished 27 bed accommodation service you will carry your own caseload of clients and you will support the Services Manager to implement and continue the effective delivery of a Cognitive Analytical Therapy Framework, undertaking a 6 month CAT case skills management accreditation. You will lead on reflective practice group team sessions and this will support the wider support team to consistently engage with clients and achieve their goals.
